How the season pass works
Sign in, open Your plan in the playbook maker and continue to checkout. Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record, takes the payment, works out tax for your location and sends the receipt. Your pass starts once the payment is confirmed and lasts four months.
You can buy the next pass before the current one ends. The new one starts when the current one ends, so no time is lost. One extra pass can wait in line at a time.
When a pass ends, nothing is deleted. You can still open, edit, print and export every play. Only adding plays or playbooks above the free limits stops until you buy another pass.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Email hello@flagslate.com within 14 days of paying, from the address on your account, and we refund the full amount. No reason needed. The refund ends the pass that payment bought. The details are in the terms of service.
